Merino wool is breathable, regulates temperature and controls odor thanks to its natural anti-odor properties. So you can put this top through multiple days of sweaty pursuits and still be able to snuggle your tent companion. The zip collar provides extra warmth when zipped up or extra venting when zipped down for an added level of temperature control. Offset shoulder seams allow room for backpack straps to sit flat on fabric to prevent seam rubbing and side seams are moved toward the back to prevent chafing. A drop-tail hem provides extra rear coverage.

Super layer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So good, that I bought two of and was able to clear out other sub-par wool tops. Versatile, wide range of temps with the right layering. And best of all.... Multiple days of wear without stink!! IB wool for the win!

Love this thermal!

I’ve read so many reviews on different thermals and decided to go with this one. I’m an active person and live in Southern California where it doesn’t get too cold, but cold enough where this will be perfect. I love how it’s thin, but not see through. The material is soft and feels good. Not itchy. I can wear alone or layer if I choose. I love the half zip for ventilation when needed. So excited to add this to my closet for fall and winter. I went with a small after referring to the size chart. I am a 34B, 5’6, 133 lbs, waist is 29 and below belly button I’m a 34 comfortably. So the small fit me perfectly. If you want more of a loose fit then size up. I wanted it to be fitted for layering.

Versatile layer but will wait for cooler weather
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a 200 long sleeve half zip that I wear often in cooler weather so feel that this will likely be a staple as well during Autumn/Winter. Love the versatility of the half zip and merino wool feels great next to skin.

Versatile layer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the versatility of the half zip and the weight of this thermal top. I wear it on runs, hikes, and even bikes around town. It looks nice enough for daily wear and it is functional enough for active pursuits -- so it's great if I have something social post activity. The colour is so pretty too! After initial wash, it felt snug but then loosened up. Very happy with this purcahse!
