Doesn't fit properly
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thw cap is fine but it doesn't fit properly fit. It's still really hard to screw it on and off, and if I don't screw it on as tight as I can it leaks.

Wide Mouth Flex Straw Cap
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well, fits perfectly. I like that it came with two straws. The ONLY reason why I knocked off a star is that I'd love to see Hydroflask develop non-plastic components that touch the mouth - like silicone or metal? I do love my super sturdy Hydroflask, use it all the time, and love that there are multiple lid options for it. I also like the larger mouth size for easier cleaning.

Suspicious but glad that I gave the compay a second chance.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On my first try, the straw would not work and I contacted the company to return the flask. The agent said that is was very unusual for that to happen and asked if it would be ok if they sent me a new top section at no charge. I was very suspicious as I thought it was just a put-on but indicated for the company to go ahead. Am I glad that I didn't return the flask - it worked perfectly with the new top and it is now my most favorite water bottle. I even went out to buy one for my wife.

Love it!

Love it

Easy to use and easy to clean

Constantly leaks
Even when the straw is closed, the cap leaks. I've gotten water everywhere using it. I love the convenience of the straw over unscrewing the traditional cap, but not if it isn't leakproof.
