Great Warranty Service
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t buy it but received it under the “stand behind your product” warranty. My screw lid “O” ring developed black mold that I couldn’t remove, so I inquired about getting a new ring.. The only service improvement would be to make the “O” rings inside the caps available. They get dirty, broken, lost etc and there should be no reason to replace an otherwise functioning screw lid for the removable “O” ring alone. An environmental thing, right?

Excellent warranty

40 oz Wide Mouth lid and container
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my two hydro Flask for over 12 years now. They have endured some serious use hiking or in the yoga room. It amazes me that they still keep my water cold and fresh. The new style lids are strong and durable. Look forward to at least another 12 years of use. Thank you for creating such an amazing product.
