Keeps coffee hot!

This was a warranty return.

Not for hot drinks
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The insulation is not what I expected. The outside of the cup gets really hot or really cold according to the temperature of the drink inside. Also I added fresh hot coffee into the cup and put the lid on, and 3 hours later it was completely room temperature. I have had a hydroflask water bottle for years that performed great, so this cup did not meet my expectations regarding insulation capability. I like the color and it’s easy to clean, so I’ll probably just have to use it with a sleeve or with cold drinks.
