I used the warranty program

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The concept of this vessel is good and it keeps things hot for awhile, haven’t tested cold yet, but I just wish the sip hole was set a little deeper, as it’s easy to burn your lip if you are drinking super hot coffee like I love. Not as bad as a certain Contigo model that gives you the absolute worst burn though with zero recess on the sipping hole. Otherwise, size, flex seal design and carrying handle are all great.

Great buy

Perfect size

It says in the description that the 16oz is suitable for use with a small drink in a drive through, but typically mediums are 14oz max, sometimes even smaller, any reason for this ? I want the 16oz but typically I like to order a medium sized coffee
