- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
I love mine! It's a simple cushion filled with buckwheat hulls. It's heavy, and malleable to match your rump's radius. Use it apple sauce or to practice half/full lotus sitting positions, or kneel over it to support your spine. Either way, it's glorious!
You can also remove material or add more if needed! Enjoy your happy spine!
