Love the design but not insoles
Shoe is great but need to get different insoles for the shoe. Feel like a cheap insert for such an expensive shoe.

I recommend this new model
I love this new ankle high shoe. I selected it for the materials and wet winter conditions. I'm enjoying the elastic no-tie laces but appreciate that conventional laces are included for those that may not. I'm a 75 YO senior that benefits from the support these shoes provide for the fifteen miles per week I walk and find these so comfy.

Stain on toe
Love these! But actually have not worn them yet. Seems to be a stain on the toe I can not get off.

I would but these again
Very comfortable. Only problem had to buy insoles for shoes 6 days after wearing. I'm a FedEx delivery driver and am constantly walking for 4 to 6 hours. Overall very satisfied with shoes.

Nice for on the town but not for the trail
Soles are soft and are easily punctured. Not for extreme use. Great for casual use.

Best overall shoe for. Me
As a person that suffers with peripheral neuropathy, I am constantly buying shoes hoping to find one that helps my condition. This is the best shoe I have purchased in the past 2 years. I was thankful the traditional laces were included as the pull cord laces did not provide the right lateral support I needed. It would be nice to have some cleaning instructions for the leather.

my Chukka is good
I love this Chukka GTX upper leather material for travel days. It's well made. I also like the size and width the website recommended. The shoes fit me perfectly.

Great short boot for ankle support and it is water-proof
I was waiting for HOKA to offer a short boot that had both ankle support and water-proofing. I am very pleased with the Chukka. Has padding around the ankle. However, I had to switch inserts. I removed original insert and added one that has arch support. Now the shoe is very comfortable. The Vibram sole is suitable for trails, dirt roads, gravel, and for walking around town, shopping, etc.

Most comfortable Hoka shoe so far.
Have three pairs of Hoka shoes. Love them all, but this pair is my favorite.
