What I've been looking for!
Great support for the arch? Check. Easy on and off? For sure. Sturdy but light enough for extended beach walks? You betcha. Quick dry so we can do it all again soon. That too! Thanks for Hoka for a perfect shoe!

Worth wvwry penny!
After almost a year of my orthopedist urging me to try a Hoka, I saved and splurged on these. Best decision ever!!!! LOVE them.

Comfy, Comfy, Comfy!
The Hopara is a super cushiony shoe, and a comfortable fit. I felt sure-footed and supported during a visit to the canyons of New York City!

Excellent design for walking
I'm not sure you can call it a sandal, but you might. I love the string adjustment and the flexible rear strap. BUT MOST OF ALL I like the fact that I can insert my Superfeet pad to provide arch support. Hopara already has good cushioning.

Nice & Comfortable but they collect pebbles
I like the way these shoes fit. They are very comfortable. I have not tried them in water yet, but I see that the insole is made of rubber, so they would be easy to dry out. One major fault these shoes have is that the openings at the heal allow pebbles/stones to get into the shoes. I find that I frequently have to stop and empty them, especially if the trail has a lot of downhill. I cannot figure out for the life of me why they left the heals open instead of covering them with mesh so stones can't get in.

Might buy again
Well built. Great style. Very comfortable except I require a wide shoe in the front. Would buy again but only if offered in a wide.

Really Enjoying these Sandals
I really enjoy wearing this shoe, it's not too tight or big just right. I wear a 4EE size shoe and these fit perfectly. I tried the 4EE shoes but they weren't as comfortable as I liked them to be so I bought another brand shoe. I was surprised how these hoka sandals fit and I wear them everyday. Would definitely recommend these sandals and definitely buy some more if needed.

Great for walking on the beach
Not good for running in barefoot. Rough on bottom of feet.
