Pointy strap construction pokes you

The construction of the strap pokes your upper arm and chest when you wear it. They should smooth that design out to a gradually meet the straps together, smoothly.

Poor Design

The straps do not have open ends, so you can only shorten them so much (not enough for me). The top flap is stiff and folds over the straps making it awkward and sticking out too far behind your head. This is my first order from this company and I am also annoyed with the return process.
