Purchased this jacket end of September. Wore it a couple times and during the second use noticed a broken pocket zipper. Not sure if the zipper was broke when it arrived or if it broke during use. I contacted customer service for an exchange but due to passing of 30 days they had to refer me to warranty department. It’s been 10 days since I sent my warranty inquiry and have yet to receive a reply. Regardless of whether zipper arrived broke or it it broke during one of its minimal uses I am disappointed with Backcountry’s quality commitment/customer service.
