Built from UHMWPE rated to hold 1800 pounds, they lock under tension with a simple finger-trap adjustment, then loosen easily when it's time to break camp. At just two ounces a set, they add almost nothing to a pack while giving a hammock setup the kind of flexibility that turns an average site into a good one.
