    Dry is delightful.

Whether you're heading into the Boundary Waters for a two-week paddle or planning a three-day kayak fishing trip, you want the Harmony Dry Storage Barrel in your boat. Made from rugged polyethylene, this barrel takes the beatings from poor portages or ruminating raccoons without a scratch to show it. Bears and other critters won't come sniffing around your campsite since the galvanizing clamping band prevents odors from escaping while stopping water and air from entering. Snap the lip shut and bring this barrel over when you need a seat around the fire and the ground isn't cutting the mustard. When you're on water for days, keep the important stuff dry by storing it in this hardy plastic dry storage barrel.

    60L Barrel....

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

This is a good quality barrel made of a durable plastic that I couldn't find any weak spots in and it is at a reasonable price.
I did toss the metal tab that locks the seal ring around the barrel and replace it with a locking cotter pinon a string (so I wouldn't lose the pin) that is tied to a hole I drilled in the end of the handle.
Worth the price here at Backcountry.
