The Giro Feature MIPS Mountain Bike Helmet merges enhanced impact protection with low-profile, trail-savvy style. The big story with this helmet is its MIPS or Multi Impact Protection System. Originally developed by Scandinavian neurosurgeons, the MIPS system places a low-friction layer in the helmet to reduce rotational force or sloshing caused by certain, oblique impacts.

Giro's In-Mold construction mates a polycarbonate shell with an EPS liner, allowing Giro's designers the opportunity to place better ventilation within the helmet, as evidenced by its 12 vents with internal channeling. Its adjustable moto-style visor keeps the sun from obscuring your vision when you're riding through open areas on bright days. Additionally, you'll find Giro's In-Form fit system for a dialed fit with the simple twist of a dial.
