Returned item, awaiting refund
- Familiarity:
- I returned this product before using it
This item was not what I expected and I returned it several weeks ago. I am awaiting a refund and thought this email from backcountry was about my refund, not asking me to review a product that I returned. Please advise

Low airflow
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
I was sweating on a 70 degree ride, not enough cooling with the face mask down. Should be good for rainy days and cooler weather.
