Wore it on one short road ride and my neck hurt for a week. Maybe works better for a more upright commuter. I returned the helmet

Where is it?
Very peppy emails after order giving the impression you're part of the Back Country family. "We have received your order..' , We have printed shipping labels', We've shipped the order! Here's your tracking #'. 'Your package should arrive on Wednesday..'. Nope, didn't arrive. I check the tracking info and it's only updated till Monday, yet still says delivery on Wednesday. Would've been really nice to have it for the ride I planned for Thursday. I'm sure it'll be here in a few days, I'm sure it's going to be 5 star worthy, but if I can't get it when I needed it, can't get accurate shipment information, why would I buy from Back Country if other vendors, Amazon, are available?

Good helmet. Fits well, magnetic latch is great. My only complaint is battery life. I seem to get about 80 to 90 minutes per charge which is not quite enough to get back-and-forth to work.
