An adjustable, packable bungee hood and a 3-ply wind-flap at the collar seal out gusts at the two spots where cold usually creeps in first. A relaxed, easy fit and half-zip snap-button placket keep it simple to throw on solo or layer over a base layer once temperatures drop.
