    Get your hands baked.

Jackson Hole's a cold, rugged place, which is why you'll see so many locals sporting the Flylow Oven Mitt in the tram line. The tough but supple pigskin leather stands up to thousands of pow-day high-fives and 12oz curls, and the waterproof treatment and elastic cuff keep the water out even when you spend the day getting completely barreled.

    BOMB

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

if you want some mitts for a man that skis get these bad boys. now realize these mitts aren’t for a little noob on the slopes but for a powder bunny that doesn’t fall on his hands every two seconds, if you are a good skier and you waterproof these bad boys they are warmer than a hot cup of joe by the fire. if you want to look stylish and yet elegant get these sweet mitts. you will feel empowered by the leather. let it embrace your legacy as it’s purpose of a mitt on a god’s hand. i haven’t taken these out on the powder but i’m putting faith in them to fulfill my needs because style is everything and so far my hands have been warm so take my review for all it’s worth!!!!

    Good Mittens!

I just wanted some durable cheap mittens and these are great! For the price they are super warm and do the job. They are a little stiff at first but once they are broken in they work great!

      Comfy Mitt

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times
      • Fit: True to size
      • Size Bought: Small

These mitts are really comfortable and the leather looks super nice. I use them primarily for skiing and they were great in their first season. Only complaint is that my hands did start to get cold but it was after multiple hours outside and my hands seem to get cold very easily. Ultimately a really good pair of mitts, especially for the price. I would expect the same level of performance out of a mitt that costs $40 more.

      great glove,great value

These are a pretty sweet mitten for the price. I usually wear out my gloves relatively quick but these have held up great this season. still real warm, no complaints!

      Solid Backup Mitt

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times
      • Fit: True to size
      • Size Bought: Large
      • Height: 5'11"
      • Weight: 175lbs

I wear a size 10 in Hestras and a large in just about every other brand's glove. I bought a large and they fit ok. The mediums were too tight.

      Pros:
      - Relatively inexpensive.
-Gets the job done in terms of performance of the glove. They're warm and with SnoSeal, they are waterproof.

      Cons:
      - Not that form fitting to the hand. I know they are mittens, but am just spoiled by my Hestra Fall Line mitts. Maybe I should have stuck with mediums and hoped they stretched a bit once broken in.

Overall, for the price, pretty hard to beat. I'll definitely be using my other mitts as my go to, but if these are a solid backup.

      Wow.

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times
      • Fit: Runs small

These things keep me WARM. They call them oven mitts for a reason. No matter the temps, my hands were always warm. After they break in, the waterproofing will crack and you need to re-water proof them (use snoseal or Nikwax waterproofing cream). I used to ski in Hestra but for the price I can't go wrong with these. They do run a bit small, go a size up to what you normally wear.

      Super Warm 4 The Price

      • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
      • Fit: Runs small
      • Size Bought: Medium
      • Height: 5'7"
      • Weight: 165lbs

Really good deal for some solid mitts. Runs a bit small but maybe the snugness adds to the warmth. I didn't get these for riding or hiking so can't comment on how they are for colder mountain weather. More so got them for the early morning dog walks. For that purpose - they have been superb.

      does the job

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times
      • Fit: True to size

use them for lots of stuff - driving when my steering wheel is cold, shoveling snow, building igloos, and mostly skiing. They can get a bit chilly on the really cold days but nothing a couple of hand warmers can't fix.

they seemed a little tight when I first tried them on, but pretty soon the leather became more flexible and a better fit with my hands and poles.

These are sweet and look awesome! love me some genuine leather :)

      cozy, fits great, great price

not once been cold, worn them for 3 consecutive full days in 0degree weather while kiting - which is notorious for getting cold hands. will buy these again if these break. treat the leather right and they will pay back the favor!

      Such a great mitt!

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times
      • Fit: True to size

This is such a great all around mitt. A friend recommended these to me because the mittens I already had are awesome, but way too insulated for those warmer ski days. These are super soft on the inside and have the perfect amount of warmth for those 30 degree days on the mountain. The leather provides that waterproof protection that you need. These are also great mittens for when your shoveling out your driveway to get up to the resort on a POW day! She said I would love them, and she was right!

As Dependable as a PB Sammich.

      • Height: 5'3"
      • Weight: 110lbs

I'm big on comparing personal items to food, especially when it entails dependable performance. And since these mitts have become my go-to for whatever-the-weather on the mountain (well, except those super nippy days), I don't really see them as any different than my go-to choice for on-hill snacks (which if you haven't guessed, is a PB and banana sammich). Though, sadly, my PB sammie is not water-resistant like these mitts and a shade... well, less durable than these mitts are, too.

      Killer Mitts

This is my second pair of these, the first one lasted two full seasons until I lost them - they were still perfectly functional. Waterproofing lasts a surprisingly long time and when it starts to go, just throw some nikwax on there. Highly recommended all weather mitts.

        NEVER had a better glove

        • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
        • Fit: True to size
        • Height: 5'7"
        • Weight: 135lbs

This is my second pair of these gloves. I bought my first pair at a ski swap 4 years ago, and I have used them ever since then until I bought these new ones. I have never been cold while skiing if I am wearing these mittens. the lining is so soft, and they are not stiff like some other non-leather gloves. I would recommend these gloves to everyone! they are also stylish for both men and women!

        Burly Mitts

        • Familiarity: I've used it several times
        • Fit: True to size

Bought these as my go to for alpine skiing on the coldest of days. Have been demoing them on cold early morning walks and romps in Park City with temps in the low 20's and seem super warm and cozy. Probably to much mitt for touring due to the energy output during uphill slogs, but for lift served pow day, can't wait to give them a ride.

        Warm but wet

        • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

        • Size Bought: L
        • Height: 6'1"

I've used these once. They kept me warm.....until they got soaking wet. I am not sure what I expected from leather gloves, but I did hope they'd last longer.

Have not taken them out since.

        very soft, feels warm but

        • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
        • Fit: True to size
        • Size Bought: large
        • Height: 5'11"

The mittens are very stylish and a great price, but when i opened them one of the mittens looks like it was burnt. There is one spot that is very noticeable. honestly just going to swap them out for another pair of the same. The other mitten was mint.

Would you recommend upsizing if I wanted to wear a light fleece liner glove under these? I have a Large in the FlyLow Ridge Glove, but I don't wear liner gloves under those.

How warm are these mittens? My hands get extremely cold skiing. What is the lining and what is the lowest temperature they withstand?
