Awesome bag! Got this has a gift for my wife and she loves it. It is a great size, it may be small but it has a lot of room to hold keys, wallet etc.
Small Field bag
Perfect addition to my other Filson items. Was worried this bag would be to small. However, it fits a pistol, ammo and binoculars easily. Throw this small field bag in the pickup, and have your gear ready to go. The one buckle closure make its simple to use. Make sure to call your gearhead today and order one for your next adventure.
Almost too beautiful to use
- Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
- Fit: True to size
This bag has me in knots. It's just the most gorgeous bag I've ever seen, on Backcountry or elsewhere. I just want to put it on a pedestal and look at it all day long. The workmanship is off the charts and it brings a whole new level of pride to the phrase "Made in the USA". The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that I'm thinking of retruning it since it's just a little big on the small side. In addition to my planner, Chums marsupial wallet and keys, and maybe a small Kleenex-sized organizing case, I have to carry around a large Epipen case. Without that last item I'd have room for a small water bottle with a little extra space. It's also heavy, due to the fact that this is made with some seriously quality materials. Since I have a shoulder injury, I don't think going up a size to the medium field bag would be worth the pain. But if you don't have to haul around Epipens or deal with aching shoulders, go for it. This bag is obviously built to serve you well over the long-haul.
