Aside from being comfortable and fitting well, these permethrin infused articles of clothing are really effective at keeping the mosquitoes away. On a recent hike, everyone we met on the trail was jumping around and slapping at insects, and their greetings to us were, "aren't the mosquitoes awful today?" We didn't know what to say. We hadn't been bothered by any bugs at all.

Great Travel Shirt

Bug-away shirt
Good quality. Shirt has a color pattern in it that does not show up in the photo. But is a nice style and fits well.

Always dependable ExOfficio
Typical ExOfficio quality. They seem like they will really hold up. The weight is three season - too heavy for summer. I really like the color. I also got the rust (?) color and they are both great.

Talaheim L/S BugsAway
The shirt is an early spring/ fall shirt, as the material has a heavier twist to the yarn. Recommend a t-shirt as undergarment, as it is coarse against the skin...breathes surprisingly well, though. Appears well made, fit is full which makes it more comfortable, just received so will know more soon!

Shirts Last a Very Long Time
My husband has wore Ex-Officio for more than ten years. He really likes the clothing's ability to travel and still look good. Shirts bought ten years ago are just now starting to need replacement.
