Sole seperating from shoe

Purchased these as a gift after a lot of research. The sole separated from the shoe after just a few uses. I emailed support for assistance and never heard back. I recommend purchasing different shoes from a different company.

I absolutely love this shoe. I purchased them specifically for the rock gym. Great grip and extremely comfortable.

I've been climbing for 2 years, and I need new warm up shoes. These are solid shoes for anyone that want a quick warm up on a 5.9 or below or a good shoe for a new climber. The size fits slightly snug based on your shoe size, but feels fine on the wall.

I have a wide foot. I usually only wear men’s shoes size 8. Keen and Merrel fit me well. I have done some research and heard Evolv come in wide. I’m pretty sure I want a lace up shoe. I’m a beginner climber. What model would fit best?

Hello, I want to buy a defy lace shoes and I am curious how many sizes do they stretch if at all? Otherwise I like the fit of size 43 the best (true to size my adidas sneakers). Best regards, Jan
