Every boulder problem gets a little more approachable when the landing feels solid, and the Zone Plus Crash Pad from Escape Climbing was built with that in mind. We drop it below a problem, spread out a 48 by 36 inch landing area, and commit to moves that used to feel a bit too risky. It's the pad that lets climbers focus on the send instead of the fall.

Dual density foam combines closed cell and open cell layers for real impact absorption, giving five inches of protection that holds up under repeated falls. Reinforced tie down straps and metal cinch clips keep the pad secure and allow multiple pads to link together, while adjustable shoulder and hip straps distribute weight evenly on the walk in. The included blubber pad keeps shoes clean before every attempt, protecting both footwork and rock along the way.
