You never felt a harness like this before.

Edelrid designed the Women's Solaris Harness with 3D-Vent Technology for unbelievable comfort on the climbing wall. 3D-Vent Technology fuses form-fitting webbing with air permeable mesh for the ideal combination of breathable comfort, stretchy mobility, and a glove-like fit. There are dual self-locking Slide Block buckles at the waist, and adjustable leg loops, to solidify your perfect fit. Edelrid finished this harness with an abrasion protector at the tie-in point for long-lasting durability.

    size is big

    • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it

Several of my friends have this harness, so I thought I'd try it out. I was tired of my BD harness loosening every pitch and hurting before the end of the day. That said, the sizing of this harness seems universally too big. I'm 5'4", 125 lbs and I fit the XS (I got both sizes and have to return the S). I'm typically a S in all other cases and I even measured myself since I had heard this harness runs big. I haven't tried it out yet, but I'm assuming it'll be better than my last harness. I guess if you're around my size, get an XS?

The double strap for the waist looks like a fantastic feature for fitting! But does the loop on the end get in the way? I would worry about accidentally clipping gear into the waist strap loop instead of a gear loop.
