I?m a huge fan of alpha - have a half dozen jackets with it from various companies. This one is a great option. It?s feels lighter (both weight and warmth) than some of my others. But that isn?t a bad thing. For an insulating layer designed for touring, this is my favorite aloha jacket. Just a bit more breathability than other options. But still the cozy alpha feeling. This one happens to also fit me really well, which is a huge bonus. For those in the Us, just pay attention to the ?us? size. So for me, that is a us M or a European L.
