These shoes have been great for everything I've asked. I'm comfortable using them for long or short runs, on any trail. They feel natural to the point that I don't think about the grippy vibram bottoms until I get to technical mountainous terrain, which is where they really shine. I usually tear through shoes pretty fast, and they've help up great for the first ~300 miles on rocky, loose, abrasive terrain.

These are hands down my favorite trail runners. The rubber is incredibly grippy allowing me to jump from rock to rock with full confidence. The quick-lace system tightens very securely and never slips. My typical train runs are 5-10 miles and for me these shoes are ideal for that distance....although plenty of cushioning to accommodate longer runs. The sizing is a bit small and I went a half size larger than usual.

These trail runners are my favorite for just about everything - from long-distance runs to technical scrambles. These shoes provide the cushion, protection, and performance I need to tackle the mountain with confidence. The mega-grip rubber compound is also surprisingly grippy, having completed some low 5th class scrambles in these as well. Choose a half size to a full size larger than you normally wear, as they do run small.

I've had these for about a year now and have been really happy with them. Nice and sensitive on the way up and plenty of heel cushion on the way down. I have also been using them as my approach shoes for long days in the Alpine and don't see myself going back to approach shoes. The outsole is plenty sticky for scrambling up to the base of route and the cushion on the way out is always appreciated. I did order 1/2 Larger than my normal running shoe and they fit perfect.

Hello. What is the heel and toe stack height? Thanks!

Hey there John! Dynafit doesn't offer their toe stack height so we have someone calling in for that information! The heel is 8mm drop! I will let you know once we hear back from Dynafit! Feel free to reach out to me in the meantime!
