“DMM Alpha Sport” from DMM Climbing
The Alpha Sport is a highly ergonomic carabiner that gives easy and intuitive handling. Grooves in the spine add extra grip when stretching for a crucial clip. A solid gate is easier to handle when pumped, increasing your chance of clipping the bolt. More metal in areas of high wear help resist the wear and tear of modern sport climbing. Bolt hangers can damage carabiners, and strengthening the Alpha's contact areas helps reduce this. A keylock nose creates a clean internal profile that resists snagging, and reduces the chance of the carabiner hanging up on bolts. The clean nose also makes stripping a steep route easier, something you'll be thankful for at the end of a tough redpoint session. Ergonomic, strong, and secure, the Alpha Sport is the ideal carabiner at the bolt end of a sport quickdraw.

Got this to be part of my alpine setup. Light and awesome to use! Love DMMs biners!

I got a few of these to attach to my c3s. I picked them mainly because of the color in an effort to semi-organize my rack but they are now my favorite biners. I have petzyl spirits and wild country Heliums on my c4s which are both great but these just work and look so good. I only have the bent gates btw.

These Carabiners are awesome, very light weight and the gates allow for easy clipping. I had my doubts when I ordered them, but that all faded when I received them. These are now my favorite Carabiners on my rack and they are worth every penny.

Looks like BC has the wrong weight listed, DMM lists Alpha Pro and Clip at 45g not 34g (what they list the Apha Trad at).

Petzl Spirit performance at 2/3 the weight
I think everyone loves the Petzl Spirit carabiners, but they're expensive and kind of heavy. These won't save much money over the Spirits but they perform just as well and only weigh 34 grams. The description has this listed as a wire gate, you can see from the picture that is not the case. Gate action is nice and strong. Add in a keylock nose and you can't go wrong. I paired these up with some Black Diamond dogbones to make my favorite new quickdraws.

Update to this. I own a bunch of different carabiners and quickdraws and the draws I made using these biners are by far my favorite. I especially like them for ice. Easy to clip the rope with gloves and easy to get unclipped when following because there is no notch to snag the rope. Super light and burly at the same time. Will be buying more soon.
