Title: Avoid DAKINE Classic 18L Tote – Subpar Quality, Nonexistent Customer Service Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ Review: The DAKINE Classic 18L Tote turned out to be a complete disappointment. Upon arrival, the logo was sloppily stitched, making the tote look cheap and unappealing. I tried reaching out to customer service with photo evidence of the defect, but received zero response – talk about lousy service! Adding insult to injury, the tote's construction feels flimsy and lacks durability. It's evident that DAKINE cuts corners on quality control and doesn't care about customer satisfaction. Save your money and look elsewhere for a reliable tote from a company that actually values its customers.

Perfect bag for beach!

I bought this bag for my wife and this is what she has to say "This bag is perfect to take all with us on our trips to the beach. The material is somewhat water proof and it's sturdy and well made. The color is so pretty (faded grape)! Overall this is a great bag!"
