Easy on/off and durable!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the best boots my son has had. Easy for him to get on/off by himself, durable, but still easy for him to play and not too bulky. Aside from the hat, he’s Columbia from head to toe and he’s loving it!

Disappointed.
Really wanted to love these boots but they’re poorly made. The Velcro strap is much too long for the boot and hangs off the end. My daughter wore them twice, and the Velcro became unstuck from the nylon and now I cant tighten the boots like I need too. The liner is super stiff, and the bungee cord flimsy. Quality is not there.

Frostbite free Feet
Great winter boot, keep in mind there is a liner and if you intend to add socks you may want to go a size bigger than normal. The boot can not be worn without the linerthe rubber is hard. My 4yr old said they are heavy bit forgot all about it when the snow play got serious, her feet stayed dry, warm and frostbite free. I would and have recommended to friends.

Returns and Exchange process a nightmare
The Guidelines for review are that users are not to review customer service issues and it specifies to reach out to customer service. As of the last 2 days, I have waited a grand total of 2 hours on the phone. Their customer service widget simply states that customer service reps are busy and to call the customer service phone number. For 2 days, I have been over number 300 in a queue waiting to speak to a human. Step up your game Columbia. You have a paying customer that simply wants to exchange for a larger size without waiting for hours on end to speak to a person who can help.

Love these boots
True to size, waterproof and warm. Able to be tightened around the ankle so they don’t fall off. After much shopping, and two returns, these boots are great for our 3 year old that attends a mostly outdoor preschool in Maine.

The quality you’re looking for
I searched for Columbia boots for my twins because of their reputation. I wasn’t disappointed. Quality is outstanding. I won’t have to worry about their feet being cold or them slipping.

Colors
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Colors Sea Ice and Pink Orchid are popular colors in your (girl) children's line -- plan on making boots to match? We have been loyal customers since my daughter was born, but as a mom who values having her kid match, not having boots to match the above colors is keeping me from placing my yearly winter order. (We did purple last year.) C'mon Columbia! You still have time to add to the boot colors. To add to direct review of boots: In the past, I have ordered a size up and used a shoe horn to get my kid's foot in, and they fit perfectly. Labeled as waterproof, and truly were. My daughter's feet stayed warm and dry throughout the season.

True Snow Boot
