Great Grill
Great grill, hamburgers cooked really fast. Flames were so small compared to the monster I gave up. The old grill took up at least five time the space in the garage that this one does. No more lugged big propane cylinders. I wish they would have included a cap tor the gas connection when the bottle is off.

Water Pan Rusted in Less Than a Year!! Garbage!!
The water pan rusted out and fell apart after less than a year of use, and Coleman doesn't offer a replacement part. Avoid this and any other Coleman model grill with a water pan grease trap design. Absolute garbage

"Only works at room temperature"
I have a Coleman RoadTrip grill for camping. It is very portable and good for grilling although has several major problems. The grill is heavy and if you are not careful it can easily collapse. This has happened, damaging the porcelain top. The grill tops are cast iron and nice for grilling although are heavy. The grill top latch is not adequate to hold the weight of the grill tops and will pop open causing the grill tops to fall. Once again, this has happened. I now use a bungee cord to secure the grill top. Worst of all, the grill will not light if the air temperature is 60 degrees or less. I tried several different LP tanks without success. My camping neighbors now grill for me whenever its less than 60 degrees. The owner’s manual does not state anything about operating temperature. When I called Colman and noted the issue, after a long time on hold, I was told this grill "only works a room temperature" and there is no fix or remedy for the issue. I live in Wisconsin so a RoadTrip grill is virtually useless. I would never buy another Coleman RoadTrip grill.

2 assembly problems
One of the holes for attaching the wheel bolt was not milled properly. There was an extraneous piece of metal in the threads. I was able to remove most of it with a screwdriver, but then had to use a socket to power through the obstruction to get the bolt attached. The other problem was with the bracket under the unit which holds the legs up when they are collapsed. The bracket came bent and when I tried to push the wings back one of them snapped off under hardly any pressure.

Poor design and quality
I bought this during COViD to replace my last roadtrip that I wore out, and due to medical reasons it sat in its box unassembled until recently. I finally have the opportunity to get back to camping so I assembled it and took it on our first trip. Used it a total of 3 times and very disappointed. The “water tray” is already rusting and paint peeling despite being thoroughly cleaned and dried after each use. Despite having 3 burners, each individually controlled, temperature regulation is nearly impossible as it heats to 400 degrees with just a single side burner on low. I’ve camped and owned Coleman products my entire life, at least 80% of my current gear is Coleman, but this product and it’s quality is a disgrace to the name. Very disappointed

regulator stoped working - no replacement
Bought this grill a year ago. Worked great for 6 months. Regulator stopped woking. No flow from the tank to the grill. No replacement regulator available. Thought if I paid a bit more, I'd have a quality grill for a few years. Do yourself a favour and buy a comparable Weber grill.

Brand new grill returned
Unfortunately, I had to return this brand new grill because it would not light. I replaced the hose and the propane tank as well to no avail. When I called Coleman for assistance, they were unable to assist with the problem. Too bad.
