Lightweight and Versatile: Great for Camping

I purchased this tent as my first tent, and I've been using it for several months. I've used it to camp in several state parks in Texas, and it's been great! My favorite feature is the ease of use; simply unzip, open, and that's it! The tricky part is trying to fold it back into the bag, but it's nothing difficult. I've also used it in cold, wet, weather, and it's been great, with some minor condensation getting through. If I could make a change to this tent, I would replace the floor with tarp material, and this thing would be even better.

Look good

The Coleman 2-Person Pop-Up Tent is a quick and convenient option for campers who need a simple shelter setup. It features an easy pop-up design that allows it to be pitched in just a few seconds. The tent is lightweight, making it ideal for short trips or festivals, and it’s compact enough to carry with ease. However, it’s best suited for fair-weather camping, as it may not hold up well in heavy rain or strong winds. Overall, it’s a practical choice for those looking for a hassle-free tent for occasional use.

Easy up, hard to put away.

For a tent that pops up and boom you are basically done, it's really hard to put away the right way. I bet a lot of people would be happier if it just folded back into one larger size circle and you called it good.

I love this tent!

My besties and I try to go camping once a year. I got this tent for myself and I love it. I would say there is room for two people to sleep and sit up but not much else. It really is a tent more for going in and sleeping, which since I have no kiddos is perfect for me. I get dressed in it as well but have to do so sitting down of course. It's not one to stand in. What I love about it is it is literally up in less than 5 seconds lol. You just take it out, unwrap the strap and you have a tent, it is crazy fast to set up! It takes me a bit of trial and error to get it folded again but that's probably my own uncoordination lol.

Quick setup

This pop-up tent needs less than one minute to set up. It just popped like an umbrella. It could fold up nicely for storage, but it’s a bit tricky to fold it up for storage. There are YouTube videos show how to fold it, but it’s still a bit tricky. One star off for the folding.

Great affordable tent

I have the blackout version of this tent and I really like it. Once you figure out how to fold it down, it’s easy to use. I have no problem putting it away now. it’s a really good user, friendly, highly recommend. I’m a big guy and there’s space for me I would not recommend for you and another person unless you wanna be close. It’s totally worth it. I use it for camping for myself and I use it for the kids to nap in when we go to the beach or the park. great tent!

Awesome tent

Awesome concept for a tent and perfect size for 1 or 2 people. Not ideal for backpacking, BUT it is possible if it’s only a small trek to a campsite if you can carry some extra weight and are able to tie it correctly to a bag. I usually car camp and for that this tent would be the perfect thing

Better than I anticipated

I thought it would only be good for mild weather, buy it survived a couple of heavy pop up thunderstorms as well as a heavy storm overnight. Everything (including myself) stayed dry. I was hoping to not need the rainfly but it did the job! Great purchase!

Great for quick setup camping

We purchased this for my tween who wanted to try a tent of his own. We also thought it would be great for quick 2 person getaways. This tent really exceeded my expectations, my 10 year old was able to put up and tear down himself, and it takes very little space in the car.

Perfect for solo camping

Oh man, this thing is a breeze to put up and pack up! This is a one person unless you REALLY love the other person with you. I took my 60lb dog with me, and we were comfortable. You can squeeze a twin air matress in there, or go with a single cot/sleep pad for more space. The ease of set-up is what really sold me on this. Highly recommend for individuals who just need a break in the woods. The loops for the door also perfectly fit my inflatable light, so that was a win. I'm a fair weather camper, so can't advise on the rain fly - it's good for privacy, though. Definitely get a tarp to protect the floor though, seems extremely thin to me.
