Strap length
The strap is so long it drags on the ground, even after adjusting it.

They were too big. Difficult to adjust to fit my foot. The sole inside was rough.

Amazing!!
I love them!! My other pair of Z/2's is black and white and are pretty used and dirty, so I loved the bright rainbow coloring on these! They fit perfectly and are so, so comfortable. I wear them to work everyday (plus adventures on the weekends) and I'm glad to have two pairs in the rotation now!

Comfy, durable but strap length too short
I like how comfortable and stylish they are. My only issue is there isn't enough strap length. I have it pulled to the longest point and barely have enough room to get my foot in.

Comfortable and Great Looking Sandal
This is my fourth pair of Chaco sandals. I couldn't resist the Ridge Gray Blue design, which I think is absolutely stunning! My sandals fit well and are comfortable, now that they are adjusted to my taste. I love the durability of Chaco sandals and the fact that they are great water shoes as well as everyday wear. When I first received my sandals, the rubber smell of the sole was very strong, so I aired them out on the shoe rack in my entry way, rather than in my closet.

Footbed too high on the outside.
Not a fan of the new footbed. I have 2 pairs which are. 5-7 years old which I love. I fell in love with the colors of these sandals so I thought I'd try the new thicker footbed. These have the same amazing arch support of my old sandals which is why I'm keeping them, but the thicker rubber anchoring the straps on the outside edge really rub and hit a pressure point and is painful. I'm hoping my feet will adjust. It's probably because I over pronate and have a duck walk. People with normal foot alignment probably have no issues.

Best hiking sandals ever
Wonderful. I ordered this pair to replace my previous ones which were over 20 years old. I loved that pair but after several repairs of the Vibram soles they just wouldn't accept another glueing. I wore them in lots of national and state parks as summer hiking shoes and they were simply the best. I can tell the new soles are not as sturdy but they feel great. The newer soles allow my husband, who could not wear Chacos before, to become a fanatic with several pair. I chose this color because it was my favorite of the clearance and they are a great-looking pair of sandals. I would have chosen this pair anyway.

Custom Width
Adjustable strap makes a perfect width fit possible even for my narrow feet. Sole configuration supports walking, and even being all day on one’s feet.
