Boys' Beige Sandals & Water Shoes

Most kids' sandals run true-to-size from toddler 4 to big kid 6, but consider going a half-size up if they'll wear socks. Adjustable straps or velcro and wide toe boxes let you dial in a secure, comfortable fit as their feet grow.

Closed-toe water shoes are best for rocky rivers, lake shores, or light wet hiking where toe protection matters. Models like the Keen Newport H2 add a protective toe bumper and a 4mm tread that help on uneven, wet terrain.

Many styles use quick-drying synthetics such as neoprene, and some models reach about 80% dry in 30 minutes in sun. Check for Oeko-Tex certification on linings if your child has sensitive skin.

If you expect slick rocks, opt for soles with ASTM F1677 slip-resistance ratings and pronounced lugs for bite. The Chaco Z1 Una's molded footbed with 3mm lugs provides extra river grip for shallow-water scrambling.

Look for drainage ports and odor-resistant linings to help sandals shed water and stay fresher between uses. Sturdy construction helps them hold up through repeated beach and pool wear.
