Quantico 23L Backpack

Taking design cues from rugged military packs, the CamelBak Quantico Backpack integrates versatile storage within a streamlined, well-bolstered pack. MOLLE webbing along the frontside increases its carrying capacity, allowing you to clip external objects. The thickly padded back panel and shoulder straps are comprised of Air Mesh to reduce perspiration build-up on hot summer days.

Inside the pack, you'll find a variety of well-thought-out pockets for storing electronics, charging cables, sunglasses, and daily documents. The dedicated laptop/tablet compartment safely stores your favorite electronics as you commute to school or work. A fleece-lined top pocket holds your favorite sunglasses without scratching sensitive lens coatings or prescription eyewear. Other unique storage features include a dedicated charging cable pocket, deployable water bottle holder, and internal organization for compartmentalizing small accessories.

Awesome Pack

This is a great bag. Durable and comfortable, the build quality is really good which is important to me since I hate buying new bags all the time. This one will last. I also have a lot of shoulder and back issues and this bag is comfortable all day which is far from what I could say about my old bag. I also love the bottle holder. Mesh holders always stretch out and look trashy after a few months, but this design takes that problem away. I also like the tablet holder, I take that more than my laptop so it’s nice to have a dedicated slot for one.

Maybe the Perfect EDC Backpack

I have lots of different packs, including several Camelbak packs. I'm always in search of the "ideal" backpack for EDC, travel, etc. I have/had lots and lots of packs. Up until I purchased the Quantico, the Camelbak HAWG was probably my favorite, but it lacks a water bottle pocket, and dedicated laptop compartment. I thought I'd try the Quantico and boy am I glad I did. It's about the perfect size and weight for EDC and carry-on travel. Has the perfect amount of internal and external organization and pockets. It's not quite a beefy (thinner webbing straps, lighter zippers, and smaller buckles) as the other Camelbak military packs, but I have no reason to think this thing won't hold up for years of abuse. It's also exceptionally comfortable!

Great design, soggy mess when it rains

I have had this bag for over 4 years now, I think i can comment on it. The design is great, the partitioning of the pack is logical and nice. When the weather turns foul, I have to wrap the bag in plastic so that my computer and other devices, let alone paperwork, don't get destroyed. The material on the bottom of the bag needs be upgraded as mine is torn to shreds. I like the bag, it met every requirement that i needed to use it for. so long as it doesn't rain, I'm happy with it.

TARDIS Backpack

I swear that this thing is a TARDIS as it holds so much. My main complaint is that I wish the zipper for the main compartment would close on the opposite side, rather than the side where the water bottle holder is. It's rather annoying to try and unzip the pack when you have a water bottle there, especially if you're using a larger bottle. More colors would be nice, though I'm happy with the grey color. A lower price would be very nice, though I think it's well worth it for the durability and space, especially in comparison with other backpacks/their costs on the market. I will note that I have large breasts and I was not able to use the chest strap. This isn't a big deal to me, but I figure it's worth noting. Also, my husband felt that the back was a little too flat for his liking.

Durability / Quality

I'm a student and ride a motorcycle. This pack provides all the room and then some for my books and other essential items I need. The side pocket is great for my morning coffee mug or an afternoon cold drink. Great products, never disappointed.

Best Bag ever

Had his bag over 2 years used it for school carrying a laptop and books and it is perfect. Holds everything I need and is made out of some pretty tough stuff. I also used it as my hunting and camping backpack just because I liked it so much even though it really isn't meant for it but it still did amazing. The only thing I wished it different was that you could add a spot for a water bladder. Im also in the Marine Corps and compared to my other bags that are given I prefer this bag.

Awsome pack with one bad design flaw

I really love the pack, it feels good on the back and well designed.Just big enough to carry all my daily stuff. The layout of the inside of the pack works well for organizing. Love the molle webbing and other sections on the backpack for attachments. There is one flaw that brought it down to 4 stars. The convenient open pouch on the back is good until you have to use the backpack in the rain. Pocket full of water!!! Since I have electronics in my backpack, the water starts to soak up in the material leaving the inside of the pack soggy. Thought about cutting my own drainage for the pouch but I don't want to ruin the integrity of the pack.

Perfect Admin Carry

I have the black/camo colour which looks way better than the product photos — it looks as good in person as it does in the promo videos. The soft fabrics in the electronics compartment, the bottom front cable compartment, and meticulously organised stationary section, and the lightweight straps really testify to the fact that this is an admin bag, not a bush basher. Any more than a long commute or short hike would introduce comfort issues due to the relatively narrow shoulder straps, lack of waist straps and missing lumbar support. This pack is only suitable for a lite trek on a formed track, and anything more would require a different setup. That's not a complaint, because the Quantico not only looks good, but it does what it is designed for better than any other pack. It eliminates unnecessary bulk and cumbersome straps. It still however remains a very "rugged" solution for its purpose. I would ignore complaints about thin straps and weak points from reviewers who have chosen to compare the Quantico to something that it isn't. Space wise, there should be enough space for a water bottle, pop-up umbrella (there is a small flat pocket on opposite side from water bottle pocket), laptop, iPad, stationary/cables/admin gear, sunnies, a very lite wind jacket, toiletries, change of underwear, spare shirt, and a few small misc items. The Quantico *could* be a very lite overnighter. My main complaint is; the back padding makes my T-Shirt ride up my back when it's not tucked in — a minor but constant annoyance. My favourite features are the colour (black camo), general aesthetic, fold out water bottle holder, and the great internal organisation (not underdone and not OTT).
