Excellent product. If I had
Excellent product. If I had to nitpick? I'd say I don't really have any use for the sports cap. A plain, regular screw on lid would probably fit my personal needs a little better. But at the end of the day. I can use the cap it came with just fine. And the quality and performance of this product just can't be beat. Highly recommended.

I thought a 12 oz
I thought a 12 oz mug would at least leave me room to add cream to my coffee without it being at the top of the mug. Then the top definitely can seal to prevent leaking but as far as functionality to use for drinking is bad. Your nose hits the top making it difficult to drink and also needed 2 hands to open and close makes it no good as travel mug. It’s basically good if you want to throw in a bag and bring to work and drink from it with the top off. Needless to say I used it twice and now it just sits unusable for reasons stated. Very disappointed ☹️

Great mug, poor shipping
I like the mug, I think it will be used a lot. I don’t think it needed to come in a 12×10×15 inch size box , very environmentally wasteful

Good product, bad shipping
This is a well-made product, And I will use it on a daily basis.My only complaint is shipping a 12 ounce Travel mug in a 12“ x 15“ box… Extremely unnecessary and environmentally wasteful.
