Tourist Snowboard Boot - 2027

What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:

"I wore the Tourist Snowboard Boot on a full season of split tours, and the extra reverse flex made a real difference on long uphill stretches, my stride felt smooth instead of choppy. The Vibram EcoStep outsole gripped through a rocky boot pack without hesitation. Speed Zone lacing let me adjust upper and lower tension separately, which I ended up using constantly throughout the day."

The skin track climbs for miles before it ever points back downhill, and the Tourist Snowboard Boot is built for every one of those steps. At Backcountry, we know backcountry days start long before the first turn, boot packing over rock, breaking trail through untouched snow, covering ground that never sees a lift line. This boot moves with you instead of fighting you the whole way up.

That comfort on the climb comes from a boot with more reverse flex than anything else in the line, letting your stride open up naturally on the skin track instead of forcing short, stiff steps. A Vibram EcoStep outsole holds its grip through boot packs and rock scrambles, while Speed Zone lacing lets you dial in upper and lower tension separately so the fit stays locked in through hours of movement. Backup laces ride along in case things go sideways, because the trailhead is sometimes farther than you'd like.
