True To Size Workhorse

The Glycerin 21 has been a great shoe, I have put about twenty miles on it over the course of a couple weeks. I am typically a higher volume runner but I took a holiday. This shoe has a nice and roomy toe box and ample cushion. It reminds me of my Ghost 14's, one of the reasons I ordered it was because the Ghost 15's are still a little ways away. I ordered the white Glycerins and they look so good I am probably going to order another pair for daily wear.

these new shoes are improved and prerform better than the previous Gly 20

cloth vs nylon shoe strings? is there a reason: notes; road and hard surface shoes are not always universally the best choice: I purchase new Brooks; with a aggressive thread for trails:

My go-to trainer

This is my sixth pair of glycerins and I???m sure it won???t be my last. I run between 50 and 70 miles per week on pavement and this is my go-to trainer. I am currently battling plantar fasciitis and these have the perfect amount of cushioning where I need it. My heel locks in well, and the toe box is just right. It???s definitely not a racing shoe because of the weight, but I can get 400 miles out of a pair, easily.

Pressure across instep

I???ve been wearing Glycerin and Ghost models for over 10 years. Generally I love them. I have a pair of Glycerin 21 Stealth and regular models. On both pairs there the shoes are uncomfortable out of the box due to peculiarities of the manufacturing. The standard model has a hard seam at the base of the tongue where it attaches to the upper. It creates a pressure point that is very uncomfortable. In the stealth version, the knit upper is tight across the instep. I have two pairs of the G20 in stealth version that don???t have this tightness. Seems like manufacturing issues. Renders an otherwise phenomenal shoe uncomfortable.

Absolutely world class shoes

I absolutely love these shoes. They feel great out of the box and support me really well during runs especially on hard surfaces. I use these for World Championships and they hold up on grass and turf incredibly well and continually get better from model to model.

Great Shoe!

I???ve worn several models of Ghost and older versions of Glyverin, but the Glycerin 21 is the best yet. Very comfortable and supportive!
