Have owned Blundstone's in one iteration or another for a dozen years plus ez. When I first came over to Blunstone the regular 500 series were the go to model I wore for all seasons. Literally wore them everyday for over 5 years plus without throwing them out. I did swap between black and brown so that helped. Many questions and compliments from lots of curious folk. Much more comfortable and lighter than Georgia Boot Romeo's.
The model 62 are the dressier square toe model and have had those in three colors. Mostly worn everyday for work pounding the pavement in sales. They have worn like iron and if treated with a little care meaning a brush and some wax will last and look good for quite awhile. Unbelievable product. So these are U.K., Aussie or Euro sized whatever...don't let that scare you. Backcountry has their sizing chart dialed straight from Blundstone.
This is how it works: if you are a U.S. 9 you order a U.K. 8.
If you have a wider foot or high instep drop half a size.
This has worked for me perfectly across their various models. It takes a few days for the leather to form or stretch a bit around higher instep area's etc. When they o their fit is money and you will probably be a convert and wear nothing else. Expensive? Not really...this is case of you get more than you pay for considering the years of use and comfort you receive for the dollars spent.
Glad to see Backcountry carrying this awesome product.
Pull the trigger you feet will thank you later.
Comfy, quirky, cool...

I've been looking at getting blundstones for some time but never bit the bullet until recently. I'd heard they are comfortable, durable and the easy on/off looked appealing. Having owned these for a few weeks now, I can attest to the comfort and ease of on/off. I have no reason to suspect that durability will be an issue either. Pairs well with jeans or carharts or kuhl pants; you might get away wearing khakis in the office (I don't give a rip so I do). And much to my wife's dismay, they are so easy to slip on and wear with shorts to run to the mailbox or shed...
