Refine your style with the sophisticated looks of the Blundstone Men's Dress Series Boots. With an upper crafted from premium leather, these boots are as durable as they are handsome, and they feature a polyurethane midsole for enhanced cushioning and comfort. When it's a day spent fully on your feet, the steel shank provides torsional stability, and Poron XRD in the heel strike zone prevents your dogs from barking too early on. Blundstone thought of everything when they gave the Dress Boots a thermo-urethane outsole to resist hydrolysis and microbial attacks, as well as grip slick surfaces.

Have owned Blundstone's in one iteration or another for a dozen years plus ez. When I first came over to Blunstone the regular 500 series were the go to model I wore for all seasons. Literally wore them everyday for over 5 years plus without throwing them out. I did swap between black and brown so that helped. Many questions and compliments from lots of curious folk. Much more comfortable and lighter than Georgia Boot Romeo's.
The model 62 are the dressier square toe model and have had those in three colors. Mostly worn everyday for work pounding the pavement in sales. They have worn like iron and if treated with a little care meaning a brush and some wax will last and look good for quite awhile. Unbelievable product. So these are U.K., Aussie or Euro sized whatever...don't let that scare you. Backcountry has their sizing chart dialed straight from Blundstone.
This is how it works: if you are a U.S. 9 you order a U.K. 8.
If you have a wider foot or high instep drop half a size.
This has worked for me perfectly across their various models. It takes a few days for the leather to form or stretch a bit around higher instep area's etc. When they o their fit is money and you will probably be a convert and wear nothing else. Expensive? Not really...this is case of you get more than you pay for considering the years of use and comfort you receive for the dollars spent.
Glad to see Backcountry carrying this awesome product.
Pull the trigger you feet will thank you later.
lil' different, comfortable, easy on/off
- Familiarity: I've used it several times

this is my second pair of blundstones...got this 'dress' series in black after really liking my originals in stout brown. I ended up getting a 1/2 size smaller than I normaly wear in both boots. They've proven to be very comfortable and have become my go to shoes for general casual wear with jeans, kuhls or carhart pants. The dress series have a squared off toe--a little cowboy boot style if that makes any difference to you. And the sole does not wrap up into the leather of the shoe like it does on the original with the rounded toe. I just flew to visit family over Christmas and I chose to wear these as all purpose footwear. Easy on/off for the TSA security folks and stylish enough for photos and all other casual wear. Although termed dress series, I'm not sure they rise to the occasion to wear with khakis and a button down shirt...they still seem a little casual. That said, they are perfect for all my casual wear including dog walks and light hiking.
