On long routes with tight belays and complex movement, we need a pack that moves with us—not against us. The Black Diamond Rock Blitz 15 is purpose-built for on-route performance, giving us just enough space for layers, snacks, and water without ever getting in the way.
Made with recycled materials and designed with Blitz-style access, this stripped-down pack is fast to open and close even with one hand. External routing for a hydration hose keeps us fueled, and the top strap doubles as a rope carry after the last pitch. From alpine rock linkups to canyon missions, the Rock Blitz is small but seriously capable.

it is what it is. . . and that's good
this is a very simple pack. pretty much just a fabric sack with a roll top closure, but that's honestly what i want from a climbing pack. it's durable, and there are a few nice features, like a hidden back panel pocket for a phone/protein bar access while wearing. other than that it's big enough for lunch, layers, and water, which is all i want to take with me on a climb. i slung a rope on top easy enough for a longish red rocks approach. only nitpick is that i would probably like some daisy chains, but i can add those myself if i want. overall, great pack for the money.

I bought it for multi pitch rock climbing and it works great. Very well thought out. Deep side pocket can hold all the stuff you want on route but don’t want to open the pack. Material is tough, it still looks basically new after a couple trips.

Perfect multipitch pack
It’s a tight fit but I can get all my sport gear, plus a layer, and some snacks. Secured the rope to the top of the bag. Super comfy to climb in. Sits high enough on my back I can still use my chalk bag. Used this on a 4 pitch multipitch and look forward to many more days climbing with this!

Quality pack
I ordered this pack for a Canyoneering trip and while on the smaller side it’s a great little pack that stands up to abuse and wears comfortably all day.

Streamlined simple pack.
Great streamlined climbing pack. Simple travel pack and I’ve even used it mountain biking. Sometimes I wish it had a water bladder sleeve and maybe even a daisy attachment on the outside of the pack. The plastic tubing in the drawstring ended up coming out of the material. Still able to use it but just not as quick to get my finger in there to pull it shut.

Great gear!!!
Another great pack by black diamond. This one is made for quick excursions, and it feels bigger than you'd think. It feels closer to 20l, and quite durable. A nice little pack, I would definitely recommend it!!

Perfect tool for the job.
This bag is discreet, light weight, versatile, and makes you forget you even have it on while pulling 5.10 moves. Fits everything for the day's multi pitching up to your favorite view and is a ideal solution for your bag your carrying to the bouldering area. The easy accessible middle compartment is a dream to use on the wall, and all the parts of the strap system are very solid. It is now the bag I use majority of the time in conjunction with a 45L Stone.
