Great Pants, More Vents!

These pants are great. Fit is pretty standard, maybe a little on the tighter side if you prefer baggy gear. Water proofing seems to be holding up well so far. My only minor complaint is they could use more vents for touring.

Ski Patrol

These are a great pair of durable ski pants to use for ski patrol. Pockets are generous in size and automatically bellow when unzipped. The fit is loose and comfortable without being baggy.

Runs Very Small.

Go a size or two bigger. Very tight in waist and thighs.

great construction and features, bad size guide

I love the pants, they work great as I would expect from BD. the padded PIEPS pocket is a great feature. however the size guide is not good at all. they fit so small. I am a 33 waist so I purchased the medium, which is rated from 31.5 - 34. However I cannot comfortably button them up and the thighs are too tight to use the pockets well, and I have thin legs. OVERALL GREAT PANT IF YOU MAKE SURE TO SIZE UP. would also love to see a cinch on the gators for when wearing boots

Decent Backcountry Pants

Replaced my flylow bibs for backcountry use. These are definitely not as warm as the bibs but have plenty of pocket space and ventilation zippers. The beacon pocket is nice, no need to ever take it out of these pants again.

Well designed

Wow, impressed with this pant so far this winter. It fit me perfectly(tall and not as skinny as used to be) and I like the movement on the pant while skiing and skinning.

These are premo pants, definitely nice than any other pants I have that are similar. Took them to Zion for a 3-day excursion and was glad I had them.

Bomber pair of pants

I am really happy with the overall fit of these pants. Many ski pants can be quite bulky and long. These are a perfect fit with no bulk. They have great features in terms of pockets and ventilation. I especially love the beacon pocket.

Great fit and quality

I haven't had them out yet, but the fit and quality of the product has me excited to try them out.

Excellent cold weather shell

These pants hold up well in all conditions. They’re a little pricy but you get what you pay for. My only complaint is that there isn’t a cinch option at the base of the pants— they boot-leg out which is excellent for getting them on over boots in the cold weather, etc— but once they’re on especially while climbing, etc, having a cinch option to keep the excess nice and tight would be a plus. Pockets are good but be careful, once you have layers on some of the vents are easy to confuse with pockets. Sport a belt with these as they don’t have suspenders, which is nice because you’ll want to be able to take them on and off anyways over other layers. They did well in the brush and I would buy them again.
