Built to withstand everyday abuse in extreme weather, the Guide Ski Glove, the warmest professional-grade glove from Black Diamond, will keep your hands dry, warm, and comfortable as you spend your winter on the slopes. No matter which side of the boundary you are on, the gloves will fend off the wettest, coldest days of the season. The abrasion-resistant face fabric holds up to the rigors of daily mountain wear while a Gore-Tex insert keeps moisture at bay. An insulated, removable liner with PrimaLoft, boiled wool, and fleece provide warmth for your fingers when the temperatures plummet. For further warmth and comfort, a generous powder cuff seals out the snow so you can spend your days enjoying the turns, not warming cold hands.

Great gloves. A fit issue resolved (by me)

These are really fabulous gloves. Upgraded materials In my humble opinion from the 2019 version I still have. BUT there is definitely a fit issue with the fingers being VERY short. And I have pretty short/wide hands for my size. Grandoe & Swany fit pretty well. Hestra--not (for very long fingers!). What I discovered after seeing the reviews about fit after receiving my pair is that it's the glove LINER that is miss-placed. The velcro inside the gauntlet is stitched in too high up and holds the liner higher up than needed/designed. The outer glove is fine. By pulling on the gauntlet and having the velcro release I found they fit OK. I will have the liner just barely attached at the bottom of the velcro strip. Or not at all. And then it works. Too much hassle to return/figure men's glove sizing. Or take the velcro out and resew lower down (maybe over the summer). My older pair gave me the hint that the M is my correct size. Hope customer service reads this review from a Pro to resolve this productionissue.

These are very warm but still plenty of dexterity to hold an ice axe or other tools.

Great gloves but didn't work for daughter with wool liner.

Purchased two pairs of Guide gloves. One for myself and one for my daughter. She has very sensitive skin and the wool blend fleece in the liner bothered her. It doesn't bother me in mine so I only note this in case anyone has similar sensitivities. Gloves otherwise are 5* still.

love these gloves for guiding so much. Warm, but dexterity.

Great fit, warmest gloves

The inside of the glove is very soft and they’re overall very warm (I have pretty severe Raynauds so I can only wear gloves down to 15 degrees Fahrenheit or so, after which I need mittens, but it was 30 prior to these!). I’m looking forward to testing them out climbing in Ecuador in a couple of months (main reason for purchase)!

Guide gloves

The fingers in the gloves are too short and too tight for the size I am in Zermatt Switzerland this week and truthfully if I didn’t have hand warmers they wouldn’t be warm enough

Not warm

I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I was super excited to get this pair of gloves and waxed them up as instructed, ready for the incredible Utah ski resorts this winter. However, to my surprise, my fingers were extremely cold, requiring frequent breaks in the lodge to warm them up. Unfortunately, I will have to look for other alternatives.

Love these gloves! So warm and durable.

I only wish they had this color in men’s. I wear a men’s medium/large. I’m right in between the two. I bought the women’s medium, and it fits fine, nice and snug but not too much.

Black Diamond Women's Guide Gloves

I've just used the included leather wax on my first purchase ever of ski gloves. The fit is true to size and the dexterity is ample. I leave for the slopes in a few days and I am confident my hands are going to be dry and warm on my snowy adventure. Thanks for making an excellent snow weather activity glove to pair with my other winter purchases this year.

Be very cautious of sizing. I should be a small but large fits the best. The quality seems hit or miss. I had to get a 2nd pair shipped due to material pulling apart just testing them on at home. Took the 2nd pair out to snowboard and have a loose thread already. They did keep me very warm though so I would recommend them for winter sport activity. Just not sold on the quality.
