the grigri killer

- I've used it several times
Not only is this device cheaper, it works so well. The design is all metal and feels much more sturdy, it is more compact, has a good catch, and works well for top rope and for lead belaying. It also doesn't twist your rope like the grigri can tend to do. A new favorite piece of climbing gear.
