An everyday piece for me in cold weather

We moved onto 2 acres with a red barn and I wanted a warm piece that I could pull on straight out of bed to help me get outside in the mornings. I love this jumpsuit so much that I'm on Backcountry right now trying to find a "summer version" that can do the same thing for me. Great pockets, the right amount of warmth for the PNW, a good length for my 5'3" frame. I'm 5'3" and 180lbs. Bought the XL initially and it was too big for me to wear with just bra and underwear, you might want to size up if you're going to be wearing lots of layers underneath. Nice porportions between the bust and the waist for my large-breasted hourglass figure.

I've been wanting something easy to throw on to walk the dogs in the snow or sub-zero temps. This looked like a solid option. Given the choice between prison jumpsuit orange or black, I chose black. The color is nice and the tailored waist is flattering. Unfortunately, this is a big miss for me, as the fabric is very absorbent. Any rain or snow will soak right through this bad boy. The quilting is also veeerrryyyy light, making it not as warm as I'd hoped. I wanted something I didn't need 3 layers under, but this just wasn't it. Finally, I ordered a Large because jumpsuit torsos typically aren't long enough and I wanted to insure ample room. The legs hit above the ankle, but the crotch hung down ~5 inches from where it should sit. It was just a very strange and unflattering fit from the waist down.

I am able to walk the dog, do quick yard work, attend a basketball game, and run to the supermarket, all without having to change. It's fashionable and cool looking, I got many compliments. It's been cold in New York, but I can't wait for snowy weatherso I can use it. Plenty of room for a turtleneck and layer. I love that it gives me an excellent shape with simple tailoring. I purchased it in orange and came back to purchase it in black. both are winners!

I bought this jumpsuit because I live in a cold climate and wanted something warm, comfortable and stylish to wear to walk my dogs and while I work from home. This jumpsuit delivered and then some! It is stretchy, warm, stays dry, is incredibly comfortable and I wear it several times a week with layers underneath. I haven't washed it yet but I think it will hold up well. I bought it in black, size small (my normal size). Perfect fit with plenty of room for base layers underneath. It is tailored (which was huge as most of these suits have no shape) and I get a ton of compliments on it. I would love another one in a color other than orange.

First impressions- cozy and soft with some stretch! I wore it on a short hike in a snow storm - it kept me warm and dry. It’s also been perfect to throw on over my Jammie’s to take the dogs out in the morning. I’m usually a medium and the medium fits great. I haven’t had it too long so time will tell on durability.
