Bottoms of the Slippers Absorb Moisture

I really enjoyed these soft, warm slippers my first day at camp. However, the ground at my 40 degree campsite was not completely dry and the moisture slowly seeped in the bottom of the slippers. I wasn't able to get them dry for the remainder of my 6 day trip. These would be great at a cold camp ... assuming the ground is completely dry. And with the weather here in the pacific northwest, that's not likely. The description doesn't mention a waterproof bottom, but I just assumed that would be a requirement of a 'camp slipper'. So I won't be using these on my future backcountry hikes.
