Why We Like The Cush Hybrid Slipper

When we wake to morning frost coating our tent's fly, we slide our feet into the Baffin Cush Hybrid Slipper and cinch the drawcord tight to keep our toes ignorant of the chill. The ultralight construction feels like we're wandering around camp with socks on, while the heat-trapping B-Tek fibers keep our feet wrapped in their own toasty bubble.

Bottoms of the Slippers Absorb Moisture

Familiarity:
I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I really enjoyed these soft, warm slippers my first day at camp. However, the ground at my 40 degree campsite was not completely dry and the moisture slowly seeped in the bottom of the slippers. I wasn't able to get them dry for the remainder of my 6 day trip. These would be great at a cold camp ... assuming the ground is completely dry. And with the weather here in the pacific northwest, that's not likely. The description doesn't mention a waterproof bottom, but I just assumed that would be a requirement of a 'camp slipper'. So I won't be using these on my future backcountry hikes.
