Why We Built The Backcountry Wasatch Ripstop Romper
"I love a chic 'fit and going hard and this romper lets me have both. My strappy sports bra peeks out the back, and the stretchy fabric stays out of my way." —Gearhead® Expert Sammy
We built the Backcountry Wasatch Ripstop Romper for women who thrive by taking the road less traveled, keeping us comfortable and stylish as we explore a new trail or enjoy a post-adventure lunch. The stretch ripstop weave construction limits snags and tears as we climb over trees and rocks, while the PFC-free DWR treatment repels water, dust, mud, and sweat to keep us dry and feeling our best. We added an elastic waist with an integrated belt for a secure and custom fit and plenty of pocket space to ensure our essentials are along for the journey.

Best Quality pants for any activity. Useful number of pockets, I wear them for work and hiking into riding motorcycles and anything outdoors since it is quick dry. So good i had to buy a second pair in a different color.

I LOVE this romper so much but cannot resolve how it fits on me. My top runs small and bigger on the bottom. I ordered the Medium and Small and none of them fits perfectly--they're either too baggy on the top or too tight on the bottom. So sad that I have to return! *Even with the cinch on the waist, it's still doesnt help much :( I think it's best for people who have the same size top and bottom. They run true to size!

Super cute

The fabric is very soft and stays cool in hot weather. It also dries quickly when it gets wet. I ordered a small and am 145 lbs and 5’5”- it fits fine but I possibly could have went with a medium to get a bit more length in the torso. The back is a cute feature and looks good with several different sports bras.

In short, this is so comfortable and functional. The shorts do not ride up. There was no need to adjustments after wearing around the house for 30 minutes. I have two toddlers and this is the year of camping for us. I can already tell I will living in this get up. I’m 5’8, 165 pounds, long torso with big athletic thighs, whose shoulders and DD chest. This would be awesome for climbing do to the length and fit of the shorts and also it has a the tell tale extra fabric in the tummy/ crotch area to allow for that. Because of that it’s not the most flattering. I’m 34 and wearing this camping so I don’t care. I will say that I bought the Back Country bra that the model is wearing and it was a no go for me. I think that wearing this with a cuter bra would help the cute factor if that’s what you want.
