Very disappointing customer service

I never got to wear the 4 tops I ordered, because they arrived COVERED in motor oil! Chat agent wanted photos + to return them. After my neighbor dug them out of the dumpster- UPS refused to ship, since its now considered a hazardous shipment! I'm A good customer of Backcountry - never again. Extremely poor customer service.

I love the material this top is made of, it feels so soft. I love the style and the way it flows. It is functional, and looks and feels wonderful. Definitely a keeper, I bought two and have no problem recommending it.
