Barely started using it and the zipper crapped out. ? Bummed cuz it?s a versatile price of fear. Maybe that?s why it was 67% off.

Favorite piece of gear!
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
- Size Bought:
- XXL

RUNS VERY SMALL, I usually wear a large. After reading reviews I opted for a XXL so I could wear over a thin mid layer. It is still very form fitting. If it was a millimeter smaller anywhere it would be too small. But I am able to wear it over my mid layer... barely. I take it on every outing. It is the perfect outer layer. In my experience, anything thicker than this and more waterproof will make me sweat and soak anyways. Totally worth $100, but discounted, you simply cannot beat it.

Love this jacket and keep in in my race vest for sudden changes in temperature or precipitation! Got an XL as I usually wear a large just to have the room to fit over my base and mid layers

Weird sizing
- Familiarity:

- Size Bought:
- XL

I bought an XL looking for a loose fit and it fit like a trim L. And was rather tight still in the chest and shoulders. The shoulder seems were on the top of my shoulders...like I was wearing a medium. I'm tempted to get an XXL but think this one is going back. Otherwise nice lightweight wind jacket but made for human stick figures.

My husband has gone through two wind jackets in the past few years. Ok that's a euphemism; he lost them. Instead of buying another expensive jacket, I decided to try the new Backcountry brand jacket for a sliver of the price, and in bright red. Hopefully the red will help him keep track of it - and I can easily spot him when he's wearing it - but if he loses it we aren't out a Benjamin, win-win! Fits great (he's a medium and it fits like a slim fit medium), packs up small enough to fit anywhere, and takes the edge off on those blowy days. Great find!

Runs small, esp in the chest and back!
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
- Size Bought:
- Large

I ordered a large in this jacket, which is the size I wear in pretty much everything. I'm 6'1" and 200 lbs. Anyhow, the large was too small in my shoulders, back and chest. It's nice material otherwise, but maybe get a size larger than you normally wear.

Perfect MTB layer
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
- Size Bought:
- small

I use this jacket for sub 45 degree days with a long sleeve base layer underneath. It's super light weight, breathable and keeps me warm. If I get warm on the climb it packs down really small to fit in a jersey pocket and then I'll throw it on for the descent. The fit is great for an active layer, very form fitting and comfortable to move in. I'm 5'8" and 150lbs and wear a small.

Nice but tight in the chest

Well made, lots of pockets in well thought-out places, air vent, light-weight. Fit was a little too tight for comfort in the chest and shoulders. I wear a 40R jacket, and the large was too slim fitting for me.

Very light and fits in my hip pack for unexpected rain/wind relief in the fall and spring. Nice piece to just leave in a pack and forget about it until you need it.
