Powder-Tuned Build on the Proven Backland Platform

The Backland 109 runs the same Ultra Light Woodcore of poplar and caruba as the rest of the Backland series, paired with a reduced fiberglass and resin layup that cuts carbon dioxide equivalent emissions by 26%. The Dura Cap Sidewall keeps it responsive and durable, while the HRZN 3D contoured tips and tails help it move through powder and hold on steeper pitches. At 109mm underfoot, it carries more float than the 102 but stays manageable on longer skin tracks.
