The zeroPressure waist is a game-changer, ensuring a secure fit without discomfort, and the TACTICA WOM T5 chamois does an excellent job of muting trail chatter. I also love the integrated thigh pockets, which let me stash fuel or small essentials without breaking my flow. Whether tackling gravel races or multi-day tours, these bibs keep me comfortable and ready for anything."
From winding gravel roads to rugged singletrack, we need bib shorts that can handle long days, tough terrain, and constant movement. The TACTICA Kieskäfer Gravel Bib Shorts T5 are designed for off-road endurance, featuring Type.911 fabric, a compression-enhancing, abrasion-resistant textile that keeps us cool, dry, and supported over long miles. The zeroPressure waist eliminates discomfort while keeping the fit secure, and the rollBar suspension system stabilizes the chamois through every climb, descent, and technical section.
The TACTICA WOM T5 chamois is built for gravel-specific comfort, with Shock-Absorb Damping Mono technology, an 11mm foam insert that smooths out vibration from uneven terrain. GoldenGate 2.0 construction allows the chamois to move naturally with our body, reducing friction and improving comfort during long hours in the saddle. The integrated thigh pockets keep snacks, tools, or essentials within reach, ensuring we stay fueled and ready for whatever the ride brings. Try Them on the Bike
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
When I first tried these on, I hated them. They are low cut, compressive and the bib straps are odd. I was super disappointed. But, my husband encouraged me to take them for a ride, even though they were expensive and then I couldn't return them, and I am really grateful for that push. Once n the bike, the cut fit perfectly,, and this is THE chamois I have been looking for. It is more targeted in its approach, maybe a tad narrow--i.e. it sits where I need it and doesn't bunch up in the corners where my thighs and bits meet. I started my ride with a saddle sore, but I was able to complete without pain and without increasing my issue because this short actually covered that tender bit instead of just chafing it. The leg mobility during the pedal stroke is noticeable--and I never knew I needed that! In short--I am super pleased and buying a second pair.
