El Camino w/ Utility Binding Snowboard Bundle

The Arbor El Camino Snowboard and Utility Binding package pairs a stiff, carbon-reinforced board with a binding built to get out of the way. The Utility's X-Base 3 platform is engineered for direct, minimal-loss response, which matters more on a board like the El Camino that channels power through nose-to-tail carbon stringers and a directional, camber-dominant shape. Rather than softening that power down, the binding's straightforward two-strap construction passes it straight through to the snow. This is a setup built for riders who already know how to point a board downhill and want nothing standing between that intent and the edge.

What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:

"I expected a binding this stripped-down to get overwhelmed by how stiff this board rides, but the baseplate kept every ounce of power moving straight to the edge instead of soaking it up. On a chattery, wind-scoured traverse, the binding smoothed out the vibration while the board's own edge contact points did the actual gripping, so neither part tried to do the other's job."
