Torin 9 GTX Running Shoe - Men's

The Torin 9 GTX Running Shoe pairs a new Vibram XS DURA outsole, 8.5% grippier than the previous Torin, with a P35X dual-density midsole built firmer on the outside and softer underfoot for a stable, cushioned ride. A GORE-TEX upper adds waterproof protection for wet daily miles without changing the zero-drop, FootShape platform underneath, so the shoe still lets the foot move the way Altra's natural running philosophy intends. A roomy, Standard FootShape toe box keeps the fit secure through the midfoot while giving toes room to spread.

What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:

"I run through puddles and wet pavement in these, and my feet stay dry, but the ride still feels like the natural, zero-drop platform I expect from Altra, not a stiffer waterproof version of it. The grip on the new outsole shows up most on slick, rain-soaked roads, right when I need it."
